Fairness and responsibility are integral parts of our khadi philosophy – from the cultivation of the plants to the finished product development.

Child labor is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated in any form at our production facilities. We work exclusively with partners who share our values and are clearly committed to ethical and social standards.

Cultivation is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the BDIH (German Federal Association of Industrial and Trade Companies). Compliance with the guidelines is regularly checked – the same strict controls that are required in Germany are also carried out on site in India. This ensures that our high quality and social standards are consistently implemented.

But fairness means even more to us: we attach great importance to long-term partnerships, fair working conditions, and respectful interaction with one another, both in cultivation in India and at our locations in Germany.

Because we believe in holism not only in our products, but also in the workplace and throughout the entire production chain.
