ColorPrep pre-pigmentation is only suitable for use before applying particularly dark or cool shades, such as Dark Bown, Ash Brown, dark blonde, Black, and Blue Black.

The other shades cover gray hair beautifully when applied correctly. If the coverage is insufficient, this is often due to deposits on the hair, which can be removed with DeepCleanse Shampoo.

Also make sure that the temperature and processing time are correct and that the consistency of the color is nice and creamy, neither thick nor runny.
