The Ayurvedic plants we use to produce our natural hair colors are sourced and grown by small agricultural cooperatives in the regions from which they originate. To achieve the most vibrant color results, the plants are harvested once a year, at the height of the season.

The plants are then carefully sorted by hand to remove stems and twigs - this ensures that the finished powder contains only the parts with the highest color potency. They are then dried under the powerful Indian sun and ground into a very fine powder.
