Spread a coin-sized amount of hair oil in your palms until they are covered with a thin layer of oil. You can now massage this oil film into your scalp and hair roots. Then take another dollop and spread it through the lengths and ends of your hair. Work your way gradually through your hair, covering it all with a super thin. The oil can be distributed particularly efficiently with a massage brush. Apply it lightly but do not saturate the hair with oil.

Leave it on for at least an hour, or better still overnight, before washing it out with a gentle natural shampoo.
