Spread a coin-sized drop of hair oil in your palms until they are covered with a thin film of oil. You can now massage this film of oil into your scalp and the roots of your hair. Then take another drop and spread it over the lengths and ends. Gradually work your way up to wetting the entire hair - please only apply a thin film. The oil can be distributed particularly efficiently with a massage brush.
Leave it on for at least an hour, preferably overnight, before washing it out with a gentle natural certified shampoo.
The magic formula for well-oiled hair is: use little product, leave it on for as long as possible and use it regularly.
