How often should I touch up my roots and lengths?Updated a month ago
You can adjust your coloring routine to suit your needs. As soon as your roots start to bother you, or the color is no longer as rich, you can re-color your hair. A common routine here is every 4 to 7 weeks.
If you want to refresh the lengths and ends, it is best to use a shade that is lighter than your root color to avoid an overlap in pigmentation.
If you have dyed your hair with natural hair dye for the first time, your hair may not be used to it yet, and you may want to apply a second “coat” after a few days. For subsequent dyeing, however, one dyeing or one dyeing with pre-pigmentation should be completely sufficient.
