Which important role does the watertemperature play in mixing hair dye?Updated a month ago

The water temperature determines your result: the hotter you mix our shades, the more reddish reflections they form, which is why we recommend a mixing temperature of 176°F for red shades.

For blonde and brown shades, we recommend 140°F, as these color mixtures develop evenly at this temperature.

Since the mixing temperature is so important, we recommend checking it with a thermometer if you do not have a kettle with a temperature setting.

If you are unsure, please refer to our packaging or the instructions for use. There you will also find the respective mixing temperatures. 😊
