If your voucher code does not work, it is best to check whether it is spelled correctly. Pay attention to upper and lower case, as well as umlauts. If you have written your code correctly but it still doesn't work, it could be due to the conditions of the code. Check whether the offer is only valid for a certain time or from a certain purchase value. 

For example, if your code applies from a purchase value of €20, make sure that you have goods worth €20 in your shopping basket and try entering it again.

Depending on the type of code, it may also be that it is the wrong field for the voucher code.

If you continue to the checkout (there is also a field for voucher codes here, it may not work there either), first check the box for the terms and conditions and then please do not select express payment but the black button that says “Checkout”. On the top right of the next page there is another option to enter the code before paying, and this time it should work.
