Is something wrong with your package?
If a product is missing, simply write an e-mail to [email protected] and the product will be sent to you free of charge.
If a product is damaged, please send us a photo of the product, so that we can send you a replacement free of charge.
Has your package simply not arrived? Track it using your tracking number or get in touch with us. If the package is on its way back to khadi, it will be sent to you again after arrival. Here it would be important to check all the address details and have them changed by us if necessary.
